SIMS-24, La Rochelle

What an exciting week at SIMS-24, armed with our smartest exhibition stand yet, our team journeyed to La Rochelle via plane, train and automobile. We celebrated our 30th birthday and heard from some of the greatest minds in our field.

Our exhibition really made a splash!

After settling in and adjusting to our rather aquatic accommodation, it was time for our 30th Anniversary Ionoptika User Dinner, and what a night it was!

There was an amazing turnout and we were so pleased that so many came to celebrate with us. We enjoyed an evening of wine, French Cuisine and even a short but sweet speech from Paul.

Throughout the week Mark, Michal and Naoko gave talks on the exciting applications of the new J Series III.

At our Thursday seminar we welcomed guest speakers Nick Lockyer, John Fletcher, Hua Tian (Hua’s slides presented by Kate McHardy), Jay Tarolli and Naoko Sano.

Our speakers certainly showed what Cluster SIMS is capable of, and we look forward to exploring even more applications with the new J Series III.
